"Jaan Ki Baazi" is a tale of characters who are bent upon to sacrifice their lives for the sake of humanity.

Geeta's father was snatched away from her by some hooligans. She has sworn-in to root out this evil from the society for the sake of humanity.

Inspector Amar befriends with Geeta and goes against his duties to know the where abouts of the jail-birds. He marries Geeta and puts his life to end for the sake of humanity.

Widow Geeta joins in police and catches those runaway ruffians. In doing so, she comes across an auto-driver, Laxman who resembles her late husband and who sacrifices his love to keep Geeta's mother-in-law alive and endangers his life to finish the evils from the society.
